🔵 COFIMA AT THE 2026 OLYMPICS: A SEASON THAT WILL FOREVER REMAIN IN OUR HEARTS 🔵 Looking back on the past few weeks, one word comes to mind: pride. From the very first stride on the relay track to the final whistle of the football championship match, COFIMA's colors shone across four sporting disciplines, carried by teammates who never gave up. 💙 🏃♂️🏃♀️ Relay Race: Right from the opening of the Olympiad, the tone was set. Our relay team claimed the bronze medal, our first podium finish, earned through teamwork and months of preparation. 🏅 Men's 5 km Endurance Race: A true demonstration of determination and resilience, with our athletes securing 2nd and 3rd place. 🚶♀️ Women's 5 km Race Walk: Our representatives maintained an outstanding pace from start to finish, earning an impressive 2nd place. ⚽ Football: The highlight of our journey. Match after match, our team advanced confidently to the grand final, where they faced the defending champions, EXCO Afrique Bénin, in an intense and memorable contest. Although the trophy narrowly escaped us, finishing as runners-up remains one of the proudest achievements of this edition. And to top it all off, one of our players was awarded the Golden Boot as the tournament's Top Scorer! ⚽🏆 But these Olympiads were about much more than sporting achievements. They also recognized the values that define COFIMA. 🏆 🤝 Fair Play Award: Because sportsmanship, integrity, and respect have always guided our teams, both on and off the field. 🔥 Best Support Award: A testament to the incredible energy and unwavering presence of our supporters, families, and colleagues throughout every event. 📣 Best Communication Award: Proof that sharing our greatest moments with authenticity, passion, and heart is also something worth celebrating. Beyond the medals and trophies, these Olympiads were above all an extraordinary human experience. New connections were made, unfamiliar faces became acquaintances—and often friends—through our interactions with fellow participating firms. These exchanges, built on mutual respect, camaraderie, and good spirits, will remain just as memorable as the medals themselves. Our heartfelt thanks go to COFIMA's management, and especially to our Managing Partner, Mr. Jean-Claude AVANDE, for his unwavering support and presence during the competition as he stood by Team COFIMA. We also extend our sincere gratitude to our athletes for their outstanding commitment, to our supporters, families, and partners who came in large numbers to cheer us on, to all the firms we had the pleasure of meeting throughout this journey, and to the OICAC for flawlessly organizing an event that gave us the opportunity to experience such unforgettable moments.
